  • Breed: German Shepherd: die Weltunion der Schaferhundvereine (WUSV: founded in 1974/75 representing 74 member associations in 63 countries: website contains information on available Pedigree Data Bases; affiliated GSD club links for Australia, Africa, Asia, America and Europe; kennel listings; sieger shows.

 

 

  • Breed: Hovawart: International Hovawart Federation: promotes contact and exchange expert knowledge between the Hovawart-Clubs; exchange breeding data; arrange joint events; promote cooperation in all areas concerning the Hovawart breed, e.g. the breed standard.

 

 

  • Breed: Bernese Mountain Dogs|Berner Sennenhund: Berner International Working Group (B-IWG): focused on improving the health and lifespan of the Bernese Mountain Dog, website presents a collection of links and resources about meetings, research and other initiatives aiming to fight the diseases specific to Bernese Mountain Dogs. Club representation: Europe and the North America.

 

 

  • Breed: Icelandic Sheepdog: Icelandic Sheepdog International Cooperation: The ISIC database contains the collection of all registered Icelandic Sheepdogs from the countries that are members of ISIC. Countries participating are: Iceland, Germany, Holland, USA, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Austria and Switzerland.

 

 

  • Breed: Australian Shepherd: The Australian Shepherd Health and Genetics Institute (ASHGI) is an organization established to provide owners and breeders with accurate information on health trends for the breed including; up-to-date information and progress on applicable veterinary research into hereditary and suspected hereditary issues and diseases; tools and data for breeders and owners to track and assess their pedigrees to make informed breeding decisions. ASHGI strives to offer access to veterinary researchers, their studies, and findings that increase our knowledge of issues and diseases that can negatively impact the health and quality of life of Australian Shepherds. On an international level, ASHGI works cooperatively with breed clubs, researchers, canine health foundations and organizations ensuring that breeders and owners have a central health information repository and avenues by which they can actively participate in ongoing research opportunities.
